That's actually one of the Firefox promo screenshots. See the "Blatant copyright violation" tag on the image page. God love that satire and parody rule in the First Amendment! "Go ahead and sue. We buy electrons by the barrel. Make yourself newsworthy so we can steal EVEN MORE TALKING ABOUT YOU."
